SuburbIQ is a one-person team in 2026. We'll grow when we've earned the customers to justify it. Until then, no open roles — but we're happy to hear from people who'd like to be considered when we open positions.
What we'll hire for first.
- Senior data engineer / data scientist — HTAG integration, model maintenance, novel signal research. Australian property domain experience preferred.
- Customer-facing buyer's agent / analyst — to lead the founder walk-through calls and translate report findings for end users. Buying-side experience essential.
- Growth / content — long-form, whitepaper-led marketing. SEO and PR experience. No "agency speak."
