By using SuburbIQ (the "service"), you agree to these terms. Read them carefully.

1. Who we are.

SuburbIQ is operated by SuburbIQ Pty Ltd, registered in Western Australia, Australia ("we," "us," or "SuburbIQ"). Contact: team@getsuburbiq.com.au.

2. What we provide.

SuburbIQ provides property data reports, calculators, and information about Australian property markets. Our reports are based on data licensed from HTAG Analytics, ABS, RBA, APRA, and other publicly available sources. Reports are informational and educational — they are not personal financial advice, legal advice, or property valuation services.

3. Payments and refunds.

Reports are paid for in advance via Stripe Checkout. If a report we produce contains data we cannot reasonably verify (for example, the subject address is not in HTAG's dataset), we will refund the full purchase price within seven business days. Refunds for reports that are delivered on accurate data and where the customer simply disagrees with the verdict are at our discretion.

4. Limitation of liability.

SuburbIQ reports are provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the underlying data. Property markets are volatile and individual outcomes vary. Decisions made on the basis of any SuburbIQ report are made entirely at the user's own risk. To the maximum extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law, SuburbIQ's liability is limited to the price paid for the relevant report.

5. Intellectual property.

The SuburbIQ name, logo, report templates, methodology, and platform are the property of SuburbIQ Pty Ltd. Reports are licensed to the purchasing customer for personal use only. Republication or commercial redistribution requires written consent.

6. Changes.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be highlighted on this page; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
