We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

1. What we collect.

When you purchase a report, we collect your name, email, the property address or suburb you've requested, and payment information (processed via Stripe — we never see or store your card details). When you contact us, we keep the message and your reply-to email. We log anonymous analytics on the website (page views, referrers) via standard tooling, with IPs anonymised.

2. Why we collect it.

To deliver the report you've paid for. To answer your questions. To improve the product. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.

3. Who else sees your data.

Stripe (payment processing). SendGrid (email delivery of reports). Supabase (database hosting in Australia). HTAG Analytics (anonymised, aggregated query patterns only — never your name or contact). No other parties without your explicit consent.

4. How long we keep it.

Account and report data: as long as your account is active, plus seven years for accounting purposes. Email correspondence: three years. Anonymous analytics: 13 months.

5. Your rights.

You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or request deletion at any time. Email team@getsuburbiq.com.au. Under Australian privacy law (Privacy Act 1988), we'll respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies.

We use cookies for essential functionality (login, cart). No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
